Shipping information and general terms of delivery and payment

Delivery times
- Children's mattresses (up to 70/140 cm): in stock 2-3 working days, not in stock approx. 4 weeks
- Youth/adult mattresses: in stock 5-7 working days, not in stock approx. 4 weeks
- Bedding: in stock 2-3 working days, not in stock approx. 4 weeks
- Slatted frames: In stock 5-7 working days, not in stock approx. 8 weeks
- Furniture: approx. 10-12 weeks
- Carpets: In stock 2-5 working days, not in stock approx. 6-8 months

In principle, we always endeavor to have sufficient stock quantities of goods available and ready for dispatch immediately after your order. However, this cannot always be guaranteed. The delivery times stated above are therefore binding.

Domestic shipping costs

Your postage and packaging costs within Germany per order are only EUR 7.95 standard shipping per order (standard delivery with GLS regardless of the number of parcels, forwarding delivery of carpets from size 200x200 cm).

We currently only deliver to other countries after prior request and if the customer pays the entire shipping and forwarding costs. Please contact us if you have any questions.

For orders in our Internet store, the prices listed in the offer at the time of ordering apply. The prices quoted are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory VAT and other price components.
