Shipping costs
Parcel shipping within Germany
For orders over €250, we deliver free of charge within Germany (does not apply to freight items). For orders under €250, we cover most of the shipping costs for you. Your share of the postage and packaging costs for orders under €250 within Germany is only €4.90 per order for standard shipping (standard delivery regardless of the number of packages).
Mattress shipping via DHL within Germany
To make shipping as convenient as possible for you, your mattress is rolled up, packaged, and delivered directly to your home by parcel service. This shipping method protects the product and reduces the ecological footprint at the same time. Mattresses measuring 140 x 200 cm are an exception and are shipped by freight forwarder. Shipping is free for orders over €1,000. For orders under €1,000, we charge €19.90 per order.
Freight forwarding within Germany
If your order contains bulky items (140 x 200 cm mattresses, furniture, slatted frames) that are delivered by a freight forwarder, we charge a pro-rata freight forwarding fee of €49 per order, regardless of the order value and composition of the order.
Island surcharge: Parcel service €5, freight forwarding €60
Any island surcharges will also be charged for orders over €250 when shipped by parcel service.
Parcel shipping abroad
We offer free shipping on orders over €500 (does not apply to freight forwarding items). For orders under €500, we cover most of the shipping costs for you. Your share of the postage and packaging costs for orders under €500 is only €14.99 per order for standard shipping (standard delivery regardless of the number of packages).
Mattress shipping via DHL abroad
To make shipping as convenient as possible for you, your mattress is rolled up, packaged, and delivered directly to your home by parcel service. This shipping method protects the product and reduces the ecological footprint at the same time. Mattresses measuring 140 x 200 cm are an exception and are shipped by freight forwarder. Shipping is free for orders over €1,500. For orders under €1,500, we charge €29.90 per order.
Freight forwarding abroad
If your order contains bulky items (mattresses measuring 140 x 200 cm, furniture, slatted frames) that are delivered by a shipping company, we will charge you a pro-rata shipping fee of €49 per order, regardless of the order value and composition of the order.
We currently deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia

We currently only deliver to other countries upon prior request and if the customer covers all shipping and freight costs. If you have any questions, please contact us!
