Alle Eigenschaften basierend auf dem gewählten Material. Jedes Füllmaterial, kombiniert mit der perfekten Steppung der Decke, einzigartige Vorteile.
Polsterei - Unsere Matratzenfertigung
Die Matratzenfertigung ist echte Handarbeit. Die einzelnen Schichten aus Naturkautschuk und Kokoskautschuk werden übereinander gelegt und mit einem Vlies aus Baumwolle oder reiner Schurwolle abgedeckt. Dann nähen wir die Elemente locker von Hand zusammen. Ein Bezug aus Drillich oder Drillsteppdecke bringt die Matratze in Form.
Sorgfältige Handarbeit und Kontrolle sichern die hohe Qualität und Langlebigkeit unserer Produkte. Alle Artikel werden in unserer Wareneingangskontrolle auf mögliche Fehler geprüft und in unserer Produktion werden nur einwandfreie Produkte verwendet.
